Absolutely! Whilst we are based in inner Melbourne we attend to weddings and events all over VIC and for the right price even into NSW, TAS & QLD. You will usually find us around Mornington Peninsula, Ballarat, Daylesford, Bright, Geelong, Great Ocean Road, Dandenong Ranges, or Yarra Valley!

We Sure Do! It's actually one of our specialties. We attend to at least 1 -2 a month in peak season. And it takes a planner with knowledge to cater to private property as it's a completely different game to in venue. You need to consider things like generators/power, Catering & Bar setup, Rubbish removal, Toilets, Measurements for marquees, Running water for catering, wind and weather contingencies, travel for guests, parking and MUCH MORE!

We love private property weddings and have a completely separate list of processes for them including emergency evacuation plans for bushfire threats etc that a lot of amateur planners don't consider.

YES! Your Venue Coodinator and our service are VERY different. The role of a venue coordinator is to manage the venue, things like; their internal staff, food, beverage, setting of tables and ceremony seating. In some high end venues their role may extend to vendor checks, bumpin logistics, setting tables with your styling elements like menus, placecards and favours.

What they don't do... all the little things - calming your nerves, having the worlds largest emergency kit for fixes, fixing your veil, holding your bouquet/drink, ensuring your dress is perfectly fluffed in photos, keeping the timing for everything running smoothly, telling you the next spot you need to be, relocating styling from ceremony to reception, collecting your gifts and DIY items at nights end and passing to your nominated family member, confirming vendors, notifying guests/family speeches are coming up, helping you build out the timeline and floorplan prior, recommending you perfect vendors... and MORE!

At a surface level - PARTIAL is for couples who want guidance but still want to be part of the process.

FULL is for busy professionals (Doctors, Lawyers, Business Owners) - who are extremely time poor and want to take away the hard work and have options narrowed down that suit their style and budget.
